Andy grew up in Vancouver, BC. After attending Indiana University on an athletic scholarship and graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy, she moved to the interior and has called Kamloops home since 2010.

Over the years Andy has developed a passion for working with people of all ages and abilities.  Her passion for learning, knowledge of the body and how it moves, as well as her deeply-felt desire to help others, motivated her to pursue a career where she could assist others to prevent and manage injuries and help them to achieve their life goals.

Andy also has a specific passion for working with athletes, of all levels. After having been a high-performance NCAA athlete (Rowing) and a competitive swimmer herself she understands the demands that physical training and competition put on the human body. She believes sports massage can help any athlete achieve their goals as well as prevent and manage injuries.

Andy graduated in 2015, with honors, from the 2-year Registered Massage Therapy program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.

In her treatments Andy utilizes a number of different modalities, including: myofascial release, tripper point release, deep tissue work, sports massage techniques, Swedish massage, stretching and strengthening techniques, hydrotherapy, and more. Also included in each treatment is individualized assessment and remedial exercise (home care) suggestions for you to do at home.

When Andy is not at work you will find her in her kayak, on her skis, in the pool, or on the track with her roller derby team, renovating her Kamloops condo, sewing/quilting or kicking back with family and friends.
